I first became acquainted with Apriori Beauty back in 2012 while visiting a local day spa where I was stationed for work at the time. The spa used Apriori Beauty’s products in their signature facial, leaving my skin glowing and blemish-free. Having suffered with adult acne and eczema for over 30 years, I loved how luxurious my skin felt and how radiant it looked. The spa relocated soon after and it wasn’t until a year and a half later that I came across Apriori Beauty again while researching health and wellness direct sales opportunities.
I was thrilled to be reunited with Apriori Beauty’s products, but more importantly, I was ecstatic about having the business opportunity because I knew the products worked! After watching the Use-Love-Share video and reviewing the compensation plan, I emailed Apriori Beauty and requested to be referred to a Consultant. I was fortunate to be connected to Founder and Executive Director Linda Altergott who telephoned me shortly after, informing me that a Turn Back Time Capsule was in the mail. Within three days of applying the Celloxylin™ Cellular Age Advantage line, my skin felt smoother, tighter, and brighter. Plus, as a healthcare professional, I immediately recognized the efficacy of the key ingredients. I thought back to all the money I had wasted on lotions and “magic” potions that made wild promises but no delivery. As compliments on my skin began rolling in by the truckloads, I was certain Apriori Beauty was the right business for me. I had finally found the fountain of youth in Apriori Beauty.
Since becoming an Apriori Beauty Consultant, I’ve learned that consistent action steps, successful criteria, and determination are paramount to building your business. I perform at least 3 activities every day to build my business. It’s important for me to identify these activities that equate to success within the context of my lifestyle, time constraints, priorities and goals. As a new Consultant, my vision of success extends beyond customer sales; I count it a success when I introduce a new person to Apriori Beauty with a product sample. In addition, a follow-up phone call or text message, as well as spending 15 minutes learning about a new product or exploring the Consultant Back Office count as a successful activity. Determination isn’t a flower with a season to bloom, wither and eventually cease to exist. Instead, true determination is like an oak tree with deep roots that nourishes the sapling through to maturity. My moto is decide what you are going to do, then do it, do it again, and again. It’s my business so I can remove activities that don’t work while repeating ones that have produced positive results.
I may have only joined Apriori Beauty in June, but I’m already signed up four our annual “Making Life Beautiful” (MLB) convention being held in Las Vegas this November. I’m most looking forward to meeting my sponsor, Linda Altergott, who has been a wonderful resource in teaching me how to build a solid foundation for my Apriori Beauty business. When I was signing up as a Consultant, Linda recommended I attend MLB and told me about all the incredible and priceless experiences she’s gained from going each year. I listen to Linda because I respect her business savvy, I trust her judgment and I want to operate a profitable business just as she has done. I’m excited to hear Apriori Beauty’s strategic direction for 2015 and I know that MLB will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with women from around the country that are passionate about helping other women succeed and reach their goals through Apriori Beauty.
